Use your Crusaders of Castle Age email and password to enter Castle Age securely!

We are currently working to resolve Facebook-related issues. In the meantime, you can log in to the game using any of the following methods: your game account's army code, the corresponding game name and any Castle Age recharge order number from Facebook, you will be able to log in to the game. If you do not have a corresponding recharge order, please see below for further instructions.

If you do not have or cannot obtain a Castle Age recharge order from Facebook, you can seek assistance from our customer support. You will need to provide us with your account details, along with the login email and password you wish to bind. Once we have verified the information, we will bind your Facebook Castle Age account to the login email for web3/4. After the binding process is complete, you will be able to log in to the game using the bound login email.
